In order for every client's experience to be enjoyable, we would appreciate your adherence to the following:

• Reservations
  Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please make reservations in advance to ensure availability by calling us at: 303-814-5454. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment, so please have your information ready when calling in order for us to help you most efficiently.

• Cancellations
  Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged half-price for your scheduled services.

• Gift Certificates
  Cannot be redeemed for cash. Redeemable for Services and Products only.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment
  In order to receive the full spa experience, it is best that you arrive on time as we will be unable to extend your service time. We will hold your appointment for 10 minutes, after which, we may give it away. You are still obligated to pay for the original service and time scheduled.

• In appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. All gratuities are appreciated.

• We accept Cash, Checks, Mastercard or Visa
  
• We ask that you keep your conversation volume low and refrain from the use of cell phones/pagers while at Acacia Studio so you and others can enjoy a peaceful experience.

• Although we love children, please do not bring them with you unless they are receiving services at the spa and accompanied by an adult at those services.
